A firewall is
a screen, not
a purchase.

Ceaser Tech runs the security and infrastructure work that most organizations know they should be doing and never get to — testing, monitoring, hardening, patching, and having somebody awake when an alert fires at 3am.

Thirteen practice lines, one accountable team, delivering to clients internationally.

What we do

Thirteen practice lines that hold each other up.

Security findings are worthless if nobody can patch the server. Patching is impossible if nobody documented the network. We keep offensive, defensive and infrastructure work under one roof so recommendations arrive with someone able to implement them.

SEC-01Advisory

Cybersecurity

Full-program security: risk assessment, policy, controls, audit readiness and the people to run it.

OFF-02Offensive

VAPT

We break in the way an attacker would, then hand you the exact path, the evidence and the fix.

DET-03Detection

SIEM

Logs collected, correlated and actually watched — with named analysts and a response time you can hold us to.

INT-04Intelligence

Threat Intelligence

Region-specific intelligence on who is targeting your sector, plus continuous watch on your leaked credentials and exposed assets.

NET-05Perimeter

Firewall

Deployment, migration, rule-base cleanup and tuning for next-generation firewalls — and the segmentation behind them.

INF-06Infrastructure

Networking

Structured cabling, switching, enterprise wireless, SD-WAN and multi-site connectivity, designed to be documented and diagnosable.

OPS-07Operations

System Administration

Servers, directory, cloud tenancy, patching and backups — run to a standard, with recovery that has actually been tested.

BIZ-08Business systems

ERP Systems

Implementation, customization, integration and support for ERP — finance, inventory, HR, manufacturing and point of sale.

GRO-09Growth

Digital Marketing

Search, paid media, content and analytics for technical and B2B products — measured against pipeline, not impressions.

CLD-10Cloud

Cloud Services

Migration, landing zones, cost governance and posture management for Azure and AWS — built as code so it can be rebuilt.

M365-11Workplace

Microsoft 365

Tenant security baseline, Exchange and Teams governance, Intune device management and Defender — configured past the defaults.

GRC-12Governance

GRC

Risk registers, control frameworks, policy lifecycle, third-party risk and certification readiness — the evidence trail that decides whether you pass.

DYN-13Business apps

Dynamics 365

Implementation, migration, customization and integration across Dynamics 365 — finance, sales, service and field operations.

How we work

Boring, documented, and hard to argue with.

We are engineers before we are consultants. That shows up in small ways: scopes are fixed before work starts, findings come with evidence, and we will tell you when something is not worth doing.

About the team
Scope first
Written scope, fixed price and named deliverables before any work begins. No open-ended day rates that quietly triple.
Evidence always
Every finding carries reproduction steps and proof. If we cannot demonstrate it, we do not report it as a risk.
Fix, not just find
Remediation guidance specific to your platform and version — and the retest to confirm it worked.
Your team keeps the knowledge
Runbooks, diagrams and handover sessions. We would rather be your specialist arm than your dependency.
Honest about limits
No guaranteed rankings, no unbreakable systems, no security theatre. Where risk remains, we say so in writing.
Engagement models

Three ways to start.

Assessment

One-off engagement

A defined piece of work with a start, an end and a deliverable — a penetration test, a firewall audit, an ERP implementation. Fixed scope, fixed price, report on completion.

Managed

Ongoing operations

We run it: monitored SOC, managed firewall, patching, backups, ERP support. Written response times, monthly reporting, a named account lead who knows your environment.

Retained

Advisory on call

A block of senior time each month for architecture review, audit support, vendor evaluation and incident escalation. For teams who mostly need a second opinion they can trust.

Common questions

Before you call.

Where do we start if we have no security program at all?

With a posture assessment. Two weeks of review produces a scored gap register, and it almost always contains several fixes you can complete immediately at no cost — usually multi-factor authentication, dormant administrator accounts and an unpatched edge device. Everything else follows a priority order you approve.

Where do you deliver?

Globally. Monitoring, penetration testing, cloud work, Microsoft 365 and system administration are location independent, and we deliver them to clients wherever they are, across time zones. Work that genuinely needs someone on the floor — structured cabling, hardware installation, physical security assessment — is scheduled around travel and quoted transparently, so you can see what is remote and what is not before you commit.

Can you help during an active incident?

Call the hotline. We take incident response engagements for non-clients, though we will be direct that response is faster and cheaper when we already know your estate. Preserve logs, do not wipe affected machines, and do not pay anyone before speaking to us.

How do you handle our confidential data?

Under a signed non-disclosure agreement before scoping. Findings are stored encrypted, access is limited to the engagement team, and evidence containing sensitive data is destroyed on an agreed schedule after delivery. For regulated data we agree the handling terms in writing as part of the contract.

Next step

Start with a two-week assessment.

Tell us what you run and what worries you. We will come back with a scope, a fixed price and the three things we would fix first.
